Instructions, Limitations and Restrictions

Purchasing Gift Cards

To purchase a gift card, complete the following steps:

1. Visit this page: http://inkubook.com/gift_cards.
2. Click the Order Now button to view the gift card purchase form.
3. Complete the form, including the dollar amount of the card (any $25 increment between $25 and $600), your recipient's name, your name, and an optional message. Then click Add to Cart.
4. Review the details of your purchase and click Checkout.
5. Enter the delivery address, your payment information, and billing address. (If you want to give your recipient a hard copy of the gift card rather than having the gift card delivered via email, enter your own email address and print the card when it's delivered to you.) Click Checkout.
6. Review the details of your card purchase. If everything is accurate click Submit Payment. If you need to revise information use the Modify Information button at the top of the page.
7. You will be presented with a gift card purchase confirmation.

Redeeming Gift Cards

Inkubook gift cards may be redeemed only by members of Inkubook for the purchase of a product made through the Inkubook editor. Gift cards may not be redeemed for previous purchases. Each purchase made with an Inkubook gift card (including applicable taxes and shipping fees) is deducted from the gift card balance. Unused balances remain on the gift card account. Gift card balances will be used toward an entire purchase and not for any specific item that is part of the purchase. If the total cost of a purchase exceeds the balance on the gift card account, the remainder must be paid by the purchaser.

To redeem a gift card:

Through your Inkubook account, click the Buy button associated with the product you'd like to purchase. Complete the forms as required, entering your gift card code in the box labeled Gift Certificate Number. The amount of your gift card will be subtracted from your purchase total.

Checking the Balance of Your Gift Card

Upon making a purchase with a gift card, you will be sent an email that states the remaining balance of the gift card, if any exists. In the event that you are unsure what balance remains on your gift card, our customer support representatives can assist you in determining the balance. Visit the Support page and use the Live Chat feature to make your inquiry.

Restrictions and Limitations

• Gift cards are valid only for purchases at Inkubook.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and may not be returned for a cash refund. Gift cards may not be applied to previous purchases.
• Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift card accounts.
• The Gift card's cash value is 1/10th of one cent.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen gift certificates.
• Gift card value is applied to the total value of the order to which it is applied and may not be applied to any individual portion of an order.
• Purchases that exceed the current available balance on a gift card require additional payment via credit card for the difference in cost.
• Balances on multiple gift cards may not be combined and only one gift card may be applied to an order.
• Gift cards do not expire and no fees are charged in connection with the purchase or use of the gift card.
