Instructions, Limitations and Restrictions
Purchasing Gift Certificates
To purchase a gift certificate, complete the following steps:
- Visit this page: Inkubook Gift Certificates

- Click the Order Now button to view the gift certificate purchase form.
- Complete the form, including the dollar amount of the certificate, your recipient's name and email address, your name, and an optional message.
- Enter your payment information, and billing address. (If you
want to give your recipient a hard copy of the gift certificate rather than having the
gift certificate delivered via email, enter your own email address and print the certificate when
it's delivered to you.) .
- Review the details of your certificate purchase. If everything is accurate click Click Buy Gift Certificate
- You will be presented with a gift certificate purchase confirmation.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
Inkubook gift certificates may be redeemed only by members of Inkubook for the purchase
of a product made through the Inkubook editor. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for
previous purchases. Each purchase made with an Inkubook gift card (including applicable
taxes and shipping fees) is deducted from the gift certificate balance. Unused balances
remain on the gift certificate account. Gift certificate balances will be used toward an entire
purchase and not for any specific item that is part of the purchase. If the total
cost of a purchase exceeds the balance on the gift certificate account, the remainder must
be paid by the purchaser.
To redeem a gift certificate:
Through your Inkubook account, click the Buy button associated with the product
you'd like to purchase. Complete the forms as required, entering your gift certificate
code in the box labeled Gift Certificate Number. The amount of your gift certificate will
be subtracted from your purchase total.
Checking the Balance of Your Gift Certificate
In the event that you are unsure what balance remains on your gift certificate, our customer support representatives can assist you in determining the balance. Visit the Support page and use the Live Chat feature or send an email to support@inkubook.com to make your inquiry.
Restrictions and Limitations
- Gift certificate are valid only for purchases at Inkubook.
- Gift certificate are not redeemable for cash and may not be returned for a cash refund.
Gift certificate may not be applied to previous purchases.
- Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate accounts.
- The Gift certificate's cash value is 1/10th of one cent.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen gift certificates.
- Gift certificate value is applied to the total value of the order to which it is applied
and may not be applied to any individual portion of an order.
- Purchases that exceed the current available balance on a gift certificate require additional
payment via credit card for the difference in cost.
- Balances on multiple gift certificate may not be combined and only one gift certificate may be
applied to an order.
- Gift certificate do not expire and no fees are charged in connection with the purchase
or use of the gift certificate .
